Season Dates for Kendall County
The Seasons for hunting on the Biermann Ranch are as follows:
Season Dates
- Axis- Our Axis Buck Hunts go from April 1st - August 1st and Doe hunts are conducted year round.
- Whitetail Deer- Texas Parks and Wildlife Whitetail Season Dates for Kendall County
- Quail- Our Quail Hunts run October 1st - March 1st
- Turkey- Our Turkey Hunting is conducted in the Spring Only. Texas Parks and Wildlife Whitetail Season Dates for Kendall County
- Dove- Our Dove Hunts run only the month of September due to our location this is when the birds are in high numbers and when we get limits almost every evening.
- Elk- Our Elk hunts in Evant from run late September to Late January every year. Cow hunts are conducted at the same time.
- Axis in Evant- Our Axis buck and does are hunted year around in Evant.
